Draft does not hold stock. Reserved puts it on hold. Confirmed books it. Agreement and completion follow. Cancelling releases it.

Rules the form already enforces
- An installment cannot be due before the booking date.
- The payment plan has to add up to the booking amount.
- A draft or cancelled booking cannot take a receipt.
- Status can move only to the next step, or to cancelled.
