Broker record
Name and contact live on the broker, then the booking can select that broker.
Commission stays attached to the deal.
Keep the broker on the builder account, record the commission against the booking, and pay it out in a separate payout. The broker list is not shared with another builder.
Commission
A draft or cancelled booking cannot earn commission. An approved or paid commission is not recalculated.
Payouts
A payout is its own record. It does not rewrite the receipt the customer paid.
